New retainers, booked. Your team stays on the work.
Oakline builds and runs the outbound engine that books qualified calls with the founders and marketing leaders you want as clients. In your agency's name, without the founder spending the week selling.
A 15-minute audit. We map the clients you want and the buyers behind them, and tell you whether outbound is a fit for your agency.
The founder is the sales team.
Most agencies grow on referrals and the founder's own network. That works until it doesn't. A client churns, a referral partner goes quiet, and the pipeline is empty in the same quarter the payroll is not.
Selling takes the founder off the client work that keeps the agency good. Hiring a salesperson is expensive and slow to pay off. Meanwhile the best accounts are signing with the agency that reached them first, with a point of view, before they started looking.
We run the outbound. You run the agency.
We do not hand you a tool and a template. We find the companies that look like your best clients, reach the people who own the marketing budget in your agency's name, and put qualified calls on your calendar. You show up to conversations with founders and marketing leaders who already know what you do and why it matters to them. We handle everything before that.

E.01
Target lists built from your best clients
We start from the clients you want more of and find the companies that look like them: size, stage, stack, and the marketing problem you solve best. Every contact is verified by hand: the founder, the CMO, or whoever actually owns the marketing budget.

Outreach in your agency's voice
Personalized cold email written to the specific company and the specific gap you would fix. Agencies sell taste, and a generic blast would undercut yours before the first call.

E.03
Sending infrastructure we own, not yours
Outreach runs on dedicated sending domains we provision and warm up ourselves. Your agency's real domain and email reputation stay out of it, so client and new-business email keeps landing the way it always has.

Calls booked for you
We handle the replies, the back-and-forth, and the scheduling. Qualified discovery calls land on your calendar with context on who they are and why they replied.

Weekly reporting, no black box
Every week you see outreach sent, replies, positive replies, and calls booked. Full visibility into the pipeline we are building for you.
Your best three clients
Who they are and why the work went well. That is the pattern we build the list from.
The offer, in one sentence
What you do, for whom, and the result they can expect. We write the outreach around it.
Proof you can share
One or two results you are allowed to name. Anonymized is fine. It carries the first line.
The best accounts sign with the agency that reached them first.
I have never before seen this level of detail and history on an opportunity.
Early means access
That quote is about a deal summary, and the research standard behind it is the same one that builds your target list. I prove this with mechanism, not logos. No borrowed client names, no invented metrics. I am early with agencies and I say so. You are among the first, which means you get the founder rather than a queue.
Accountable to what I control
I commit to the calls I put on your calendar, never to retainers I cannot control. If we miss the floor in the first 90 days, I keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.
From a free audit to booked calls in your first 90 days.
It starts with a 15-minute audit. We map the clients you want and the buyers behind them, tell you whether outbound is a fit, and show you exactly what we would build. If it is, we stand up the engine and start booking. No pitch, just a plan you can act on with or without us.
Audit
A 15-minute call. We map who you want to work with, what you sell them, and whether outbound is a fit for your agency.
Free, no commitmentBuild your list
We find the companies that look like your best clients and the people inside them who own the budget, verified and enriched.
The engine runs
Personalized cold email in your agency's name. Replies come back to us, and we handle them.
We manage it
The engine runs every week against a booked-call floor. You get a weekly report and qualified calls on your calendar.
Managed monthlyBuilt around booked calls.
We scope the engagement together and agree on a monthly booked-call target, the floor, the minimum we commit to. A one-time setup fee stands up the engine, then a flat monthly retainer runs it. No per-lead pricing, no commission on the retainers you sign.
We agree the floor before we start, then we stand behind it.
If we don't hit your floor in the first 90 days, we keep working at no additional cost until we do. We never promise signed retainers, only the calls we put on your calendar.
What agency owners actually ask me.
If the honest answer is that outbound is not a fit for your agency, you will hear that on the audit call instead of after you have paid for it.
Who is this not for?
Agencies at capacity, agencies without a clear best-fit client yet, and agencies whose buyers do not read email. If your best work came from three very different clients, we build the list around the one you want more of, and if there is no pattern yet, I will tell you to wait. I would rather say that on a free call than take the retainer.
Will cold email put my agency's domain at risk?
No, because we do not send from it. Outreach runs on separate sending domains that we buy, configure, and warm up ourselves. Your real domain and its reputation stay completely out of the sending path, so client email and proposals keep landing the way they always have.
We tried cold email before and it did not work. What is different?
Most agency cold email fails before the channel gets a say. A bought list and a templated pitch about growth read as spam to a founder who gets ten of them a day. We build the list from your best clients and write to the specific gap at the specific company, and we manage the replies instead of letting them die in an inbox.
Does the outreach sound like us?
It goes out in your agency's name and your voice. You approve the copy before anything sends, and every message is written to the company and the person in front of us. Agencies sell taste, so the outreach has to show some.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee to stand up the engine, then a flat monthly retainer to run it. No per-lead pricing, no commission on the retainers you sign. I scope the number against what a single retainer is worth to your agency, which is why I quote it on the call instead of publishing one figure for a five-person shop and a fifty-person one.
What happens if you miss the call floor?
We agree the floor before we start, and it is the minimum I commit to, not a projection. If we do not hit it in the first 90 days, I keep working at no additional cost until we do. What you sign the retainer for is the calls, and those are the thing I control.
How long before I see a real call?
Plan on 60 to 90 days. Sending domains have to warm up properly before volume, and rushing that is how agencies end up in spam folders. You will see outreach and reply data every week from the start, so you are never waiting in the dark.
Winning the account is step one. I automate what's behind it.
Once your pipeline is full, the same systems thinking takes the busywork out of running the agency. I build custom AI automations around how your shop actually runs, client onboarding, reporting, proposal prep, follow-ups, so your team stays on the work instead of on admin. Most agencies start with pipeline and grow into this.
Ask about automation in your audit
Founder-led, not farmed out.
When you work with Oakline, you work with me. I run the audit, build the list, write the outreach, and stay accountable to the calls that land on your calendar. No junior team learning on your account, no black box, no hand-off after the sale. I keep the roster small on purpose, so the work stays sharp.
