Founder-led · Outbound for B2B software OAKLINE / SAAS

Demos with the accounts your software actually fits.

Oakline builds and runs the outbound engine that books qualified demos with the companies your product was built for. In your name, without hiring and ramping an outbound team first.

A 15-minute audit. We map your best-fit accounts and the buyers inside them, and tell you whether outbound is a fit for your product.

01 The problem Inbound plateau · Ramp cost

Inbound found you a ceiling.

Content, SEO, and word of mouth bring in the companies already searching. That is a fraction of your market, and it is the fraction your competitors are bidding on too. The accounts you most want are not searching. They have a workaround and a spreadsheet.

The usual answer is to hire a sales development rep, which is a salary, a manager, a tool stack, and two quarters before you know whether the motion works. Meanwhile the deals go to whoever put a specific, credible reason to switch in front of the buyer first.

02 The engine Done for you · In your name

We run the outbound. Your team runs the demos.

There is no sequencer for your team to administer and no rep to ramp. We find the companies that match your best closed-won accounts, reach the person who owns the problem in your company's name, and put qualified demos on your calendar. Your account executives spend their week in conversations with buyers who already know what you do and why it matters to them. We handle everything before that.

  • E.01

Target lists built from your closed-won accounts

We start from the customers who renew and expand, then find the companies that match them on size, stage, tech stack, and the workflow your product replaces. Every contact is verified by hand, and it is the person who owns that workflow day to day.

  • E.02

Outreach written to the problem, not the product

Personalized cold email that names the specific workflow the account is running today and what changes if they switch. Software buyers delete feature lists. They answer a message that shows you understand their operation.

  • E.03

Sending infrastructure we own, not yours

Outreach runs on dedicated sending domains we provision and warm up ourselves. Your product domain and its email reputation stay out of it, so trial invites, password resets, and product notifications keep landing the way they always have.

  • E.04

    Demos booked for your team

We handle the replies, the qualification, and the scheduling. Demos land on the right rep's calendar with the account context and the reason they replied attached, so nobody opens a call cold.

  • E.05

    Weekly reporting, no black box

Every week you see outreach sent, replies, positive replies, and demos booked, by segment. Full visibility into the pipeline we are building, and which segment is actually answering.

OAKLINE // WHAT AN ACCOUNT HAS TO CLEAR Three gates · Before it reaches your calendar
Gate 01

It matches your ICP

Size, stage, and stack line up with the customers who renew and expand, which is a narrower list than the ones who signed.

Gate 02

The problem is live today

They are running the workflow your product replaces, and there is a reason it is on their mind now.

Gate 03

The reply came from a buyer

The person who answered can bring the budget or the decision to the table.

Your best-fit accounts are not searching. They already have a workaround.

03 In the work Mechanism, not logos
I have never before seen this level of detail and history on an opportunity.

Early means access

That quote is about a deal summary, and the research standard behind it is the same one that picks your target accounts. I prove this with mechanism, not logos. No borrowed customer names, no invented metrics. I am early with software companies and I say so. You are among the first, which means you get the founder rather than a queue.

Accountable to what I control

I commit to the demos I put on your calendar, never to closed-won revenue I cannot control. If we miss the floor in the first 90 days, I keep working at no additional cost until we hit it.

04 How it works

From a free audit to booked demos in your first 90 days.

It starts with a 15-minute audit. We map your best-fit accounts and the buyers inside them, tell you whether outbound is a fit, and show you exactly what we would build. If it is, we stand up the engine and start booking. No pitch, just a plan you can act on with or without us.

01

Audit

A 15-minute call. We map who your product is for, what it replaces, and whether outbound is a fit for the motion you are running.

Free, no commitment
02

Build your list

We find the companies that match your closed-won accounts and the people inside them who own the workflow, verified and enriched.

03

The engine runs

Personalized cold email in your company's name. Replies come back to us, and we qualify them.

04

We manage it

The engine runs every week against a booked-demo floor. You get a weekly report and qualified demos on your team's calendar.

Managed monthly
05 The model Flat retainer · Demo floor

Built around booked demos.

We scope the engagement together and agree on a monthly booked-demo target, the floor, the minimum we commit to. A one-time setup fee stands up the engine, then a flat monthly retainer runs it. No per-lead pricing, no commission on the deals you close.

Mapped to the companies that match your best closed-won accounts
Stood up in 60 to 90 days, then booking demos every week
Managed we own the list, the copy, the outreach, and the follow-up
OAKLINE // THE BOOKED-DEMO FLOOR

We agree the floor before we start, then we stand behind it.

If we don't hit your floor in the first 90 days, we keep working at no additional cost until we do. We never promise closed revenue, only the demos we put on your calendar.

0
Extra cost if we miss it
Scoped against what one closed account is worth over its lifetime, not what a lead costs.
Built for teams that can actually run the demos outbound books. If nobody on your side can take the calls next month, this is the wrong spend and I will say so.
06 Straight answers Including when to say no

What software founders actually ask me.

If the honest answer is that outbound is not a fit for your product yet, you will hear that on the audit call instead of after you have paid for it.

Who is this not for?

Pre-product-market-fit companies, self-serve products under roughly a hundred dollars a month, and teams with nobody to take the demos. If you cannot yet name the five customers you wish you had fifty more of, outbound will amplify a guess rather than a pattern, and I will tell you to wait. I would rather say that on a free call than take the retainer.

Will cold email put my product domain at risk?

No, because we do not send from it. Outreach runs on separate sending domains that we buy, configure, and warm up ourselves. Your product domain and its reputation stay completely out of the sending path, so trial invites, password resets, and product notifications keep landing the way they always have.

How is this different from hiring a sales development rep?

A rep is a salary, a manager's attention, a tool stack, and roughly two quarters before you know whether the motion works. This is a flat monthly cost with the list, the copy, the infrastructure, and the reply handling already inside it. If it works, you hire reps to close what it books, which is a much easier hire. If it does not, you stop after a defined term instead of running a performance plan.

Where do the demos land, and what does my team get?

On whichever calendar you point us at, with the account context and the reason they replied attached, so the rep opens the call already knowing the story. You approve the copy before anything sends, and every message goes out in your company's name and voice.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee to stand up the engine, then a flat monthly retainer to run it. No per-lead pricing, no commission on the deals you close. I scope the number against what one closed account is worth over its lifetime, which is why I quote it on the call instead of publishing one figure for a seed-stage team and a Series B one.

What happens if you miss the demo floor?

We agree the floor before we start, and it is the minimum I commit to, not a projection. If we do not hit it in the first 90 days, I keep working at no additional cost until we do. Your team owns whether the demo closes. I own whether it happens.

How long before I see a real demo?

Plan on 60 to 90 days. Sending domains have to warm up properly before volume, and rushing that is how companies end up in spam folders. You will see outreach and reply data every week from the start, so you are never waiting in the dark.

07 Beyond pipeline

Booking the demo is step one. I automate what's behind it.

Once your pipeline is full, the same systems thinking takes the busywork out of the company behind it. I build custom AI automations around how your team actually operates, customer onboarding, renewal and usage reporting, support triage, internal follow-ups, so headcount goes to product and sales instead of to admin. Most teams start with pipeline and grow into this.
