Founder, Oakline Partners OAKLINE / 00

Kevin Hoversen

I started Oakline to do two things well: bring owner-operated businesses their next clients, and take the manual work off their teams. I stay personally accountable for both.

How I run it.

Most shops sell you software or hand your account to a junior team and disappear. I run it myself, the audit, the outbound engine, the automations, the follow-up, and I keep the roster small on purpose so the work stays sharp.

Right now I am building lead pipelines for owner-operated businesses and streamlining operations for a food-manufacturing client. The same approach travels to any business heavy on manual work or hungry for pipeline.

02 What I stand on Non-negotiable
  • 01

    Founder-led, start to finish

You work with me, not a rotating account team. The person who runs the audit is the person who builds and runs the work.

  • 02

    Accountable to outcomes

Meetings booked and hours saved, not vanity metrics. If we miss the floor in the first 90 days, I keep working until we hit it.

  • 03

Honest about what I can control

I never promise deals I can't control, only the meetings I put on your calendar and the hours I take off your team. No fake numbers, no black box.

Ed has spent more than two decades leading sales and revenue teams in SaaS and EdTech, including senior roles at PowerSchool, CampusWorks, and Scantron.
